Your Confirmation of Registration
We will provide confirmation Your Registration within 7 days on which made payment is made.
Your Registration Cancellation Rights are as follows:
- Short-notice cancellations are not accepted. Please be reminded that the Registration cannot be cancelled 7 days before the start of the training.
- The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You purchased the training.
- Cancellation Policies are based on our investment in staff, course planning before Your training. The Registration cancellation will be charged 15% for administration which will be deduct from Your payment.
- In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of Your decision by email at enquiry@reconnecteft.com
- We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive Your email requesting for cancellation.
